Hello Kenowa Families,

As we enter March, it is important to continue to check in with students and teachers. This can happen this week with our parent/teacher conferences! Please look through the information in this newsletter on how to connect with teachers this week. We are excited to meet virtually and discuss the students. Please go to https://ptcfast.com/schools/Kenowa_Hills_High_Schoolto sign up for a time.

Also, please know that we are planning for next year as well and students will soon be picking classes for next year. Please look for this information in the next few weeks and feel free to reach out to the counseling staff with any questions.

Thanks again for your partnership and please reach out to me if you have any other questions.

Have a great weekend
Nate

Hello Kenowa families,

As we finish our short week from our winter break, I wanted to again say thanks for your work in keeping all students safe. We finished our second week with NO positive COVID-19 tests! This is great news, and a reminder that we need to continue to follow our protocols. This includes social distancing, washing hands, filling out the daily screener and not gathering with other people in large groups. So, I thank you for your help in continuing to make this a priority!
Also, a reminder that parent/teacher conferences are coming up in the first week of March so be on the lookout for schedules and sign ups! These conferences will also be conducted online and links will be provided for teachers similar to what we all did in the fall. Thanks again for a great week and I hope you all have a great weekend.

Hello Kenowa Families,

It was a great week to be a Knight again! Students and teachers are settling in to our new schedule and working hard. The students deserve a little break this week! So, we hope everyone enjoys Monday and Tuesday for Winter Break!

During the month of February and March we are bringing awareness to mental health with our "Paint Kenowa Green" initiative. All of the schools in the district have been promoting a better understanding of mental health for students and adults. We are blessed to have such a great mental health team at our high school and within all of our buildings. This team can assist families in finding other resources in the community as well.

Our big excitement this week was all winter athletic teams were able to compete again! This was fun to see all of our athletes back in action! Great for our students and parents. Please follow the athletics department on social media to learn where you can stream the games from home! You can go to kenowahillsathletics.com 15 minutes prior to the live event to find the live stream link or go to YouTube and search Kenowa Hills Athletics.

Have a great (long) weekend and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Nate
